Jing Gong She (Shenzhen) Precision Mold Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994. Our company has become a professional plastic injection and molding enterprise of large scale after continuously growing with strong capability. Our fixed asset is USD$5 million (RMB40 million). There are 500 employees in our company. Our business covers plastic product and part R & D, manufacturing, assembly and comprehensive processing. Our factory is modern and standard with an area of 6000 square meters, equipped with many sophisticated machines and kits, including 7 sets of imported PC milling machines, 23 sets of PC sparkle machines, 32 sets of different types of multi-use milling machines, 18 sets of linear cutting machines, other many equipment related with processing centers and 41 sets of injection and molding machines of 80-1048T. We can accept various development, maintenance and plastic part processing for different kinds of plastic molds.
We have strong technical support from our engineering departments, including R&D Department, CNC Processing Dept. Tool and Kit Dept. Injection and Molding Dept. as well as Oil-Spraying and Silk Printing Dept. There are more than 50 professional technicians with middle and high level certification, a management team with rich experience and technical workers with certified skills. We can develop and manufacture varied plastic molds with finish spraying according to customers' drawings and requirements for electronic components, toys, lights and decorations, household appliances, switch housings, telephone housings, game kit housings and other electronic consumption commodities.
Various plastic parts are assembled by our clients and sold all over the world.
