Located in Xinhua Industry Zone, Huadu, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, 1001 Colores Manufacturing Ltd. covers an area about 6000 square meters. At the end of 2010, we plan to have a production facility of about 20,000 square meters We are specialized in polyester resin color bathroom accessories, basins, shower trays and shower panels. Our products are widely spread in bathroom, decoration shops and supermarkets. We started to produce transparent poly resin 4 years ago and now produce stone look like poly resin, poly resin with all metal look like finish, poly resin with micro cement texture finishes, poly resin with granite look like and touch like finishes, as well as hand painted poly resin. Since last year, we have produced plastic accessories and some metal parts to go inside the accessories such as soap dispenser pumps, jets, and other metal parts of bathroom accessories and bathroom metal fittings. We are investing much resource in our in house designs every year and cooperate with some famous designers from Italy, Spain and Brazil. About 90% of our products are patented for the design or functionality. Our objective is to create contemporary and Avant grade bathroom environments where both the functionality and atmosphere are in harmony. We want to be a leader in the market and pioneer in making new style and new material bathroom products. To reach that goal we source, test and develop new products using innovative and healthy safe components. In the recent months, we have developed 4 dustbins with slow closing system both in square and round shapes in 3, 5 and 6 liters. All our bathroom accessories are made of poly resin.Our factory is focusing on customer satisfaction. Our products are designed, developed, tested for easy and functional daily usage. We have TUV ISO9001:2008 certificate and work in the direction of making the job environment safer and more practical for the entire workforce. The success of our company is due to a high interaction of all production, design, testing and quality process departments. Everyday, many brainstorming meeting with people from all departments have contributed to a very low defect rate products. At present, above 98% products have perfect product quality in the production lines, and all the defect products have small imperfections that are reworked. At the end, we have less than 0.5% products that will be considered as not qualified and not been sold. Most of our products are handcrafted, which makes over 99% good quality products to be outstanding.Our quality policy is:1. Quality: For every product, we offer two years warranty if using our recommended materials that will not rust or break in a normal usage conditions. 2. Health certificates: For poly resin, artificial leather and plastic products, we perform many testing and have REACH and RoHS certificates to make sure that our products do not have any dangerous chemicals. We make some random testing during the year and make sure that our certificates are recognized worldwide. We always make the testing with German TUV testing center in China.3. Always think the future: Before a product is put on the market, we try to forecast what possible problems we could get in both normal usage and special geography or special application usage. One of the main questions we ask ourselves is how will the product look like two years later? Will there be rust, will there be color changes, will there be some functionality not working well, and more. Because our leaders and managers have more than 5 years' experience in the European bathroom export market, we are experienced to perform a lot of testing: salt pray test, chrome thickness and analysis reports, and packing strength testing.
