Our company has following manufacturing branches: Iron and Steel Branch, Ductile Iron Pipe and Fitting Branch, Polyethylene (PE) Pipe Branch and Fitting Branch for gas and water supply. Iron Pipe and Fittings Branch is a member of Chinese Society for metals (CSM) Cast Iron Pipes Committee, and foundry institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (FICMES), and also is an appointed supplier for gas pipe system by Shanghai Gas Company. Our company has 4 water cooling production lines for ductile iron pipes of DN80-DN400mm and 3 lines DN400-DN1200mm, 4 sets of hot mould centrifugal casting equipments for DN1400-2000mm. Till to the end of 2008, we had reached the production capacity of 150,000 metric tons of DN80-1200mm ductile iron pipes produced with water cooling method, 100,000 metric tons of DN1400-2000mm ductile iron pipes produced with hot moulds, with 8,000 tons of kinds of ductile iron fittings and accessories.
