Dare Technology Co., Ltd. Danyang Aluminum Industry Subsidiary Co. (Dare Aluminum) is one of the major professional aluminum foil suppliers in China. We mainly produce the "Micrometer gauge" aluminum foil with thickness of 0.006mm, 0.0065mm, 0.007mm and 0.009mm for customers in food, medicine, cigarette and electronic industries. The width range is 120mm-580mm / 880mm-1160mm.
All our principal production facilities are imported from Europe. After three phases of technical renovation, we now have 3 sets of aluminum foil rolling mills of 1,400mm, 1 set of aluminum foil double rollers, 3 sets of aluminum foil separators, 2 sets of special roll grinders and 10 sets of aluminum foil annealing furnaces. Our total fixed assets investment amounts to nearly 0.5 billion RMB. Our annual output amounts to 15,000 tons of "Micrometer Gauge' aluminum foil and the volume of business amount to 0.6 billion RMB. Our company has independent import and export right and 40% of our products are for export. Now we have 360 employees, among whom 75 are professional technical people.
Since 1993, when our plant was put in operation, with the unremitting efforts of "Striving for the lead in China and achieving the first-class in the word", Dare Aluminum has relied on its own efforts, digested and assimilated maintenance technology for the whole set of imported equipment. We have developed a technical style of our own and a mature process technology of aluminum foil, so that the stability and enhancement of our product quality are ensured. Our major technical indexes have reached advanced international standards and standardized production for different kinds of products as well as customized production capability have been realized, thus the most strict quality requirements can be satisfied.
Relying on quality and aiming at service, Dare Aluminum has set up a marketing network system with over 100 customers in 7 major areas in China. It is in the front rank in the industry with regard to the domestic market overage and share. Our products are exported even to about 20 countries.
Our company has been certified with ISO9001:2000 Quality System and ISO14000 Environment system. Moreover, we are a qualified enterprise with national metering guarantee. Our products have been judged many times as the provincial famous brand products and provincial quality products trusted by the masses and were awarded with a prize for scientific and technological achievements in packing by China Packing Association.
