Yanshi City Guangming High-Tech Refractories Products Co., Ltd. (shortened as GMRC) was put into operation in 1984 and is now located in the southeast of Luoyang, where 9 dynasties founded their capitals in ancient China. For more than 20 years, persevering in the management conception of "High Quality", "High Efficiency", "Advocating Innovation" and "Pursuing Excellence", through hard working and vigorously striving to be a top enterprise, GMRC's production scale and achievement in refractories have been continuously enlarged and enhanced. Nowadays, GMRC owns four branches with 480 employees, occupying the area of 80,000 square meters and 60 acres of mine for refractories. In 2004, our total output reached 23 thousand tons, including 14,000 tons of mullite raw materials, 6,000 tons of high alumina bricks and 3,000 tons of high-grade kiln furniture.
At the beginning of 1990, GMRC succeeded in developing sintered pure natural mullite series, such as M70, M60, M45, M45-1, cordierite, and magnesia-alumina spinel. And GMRC is one of the early enterprises which have been producing mullite raw materials. In 2000, GMRC developed the high-grade series of kiln furniture, which has greatly improved our production capability and enhanced technical creation ability.
Our products have been successfully exported to Japan, Korea, and Western Europe. Our high-grade kiln furniture have successfully entered more than 30 enterprises both at home and abroad, which include East Magnetic Co., Jiangmen Metallurgical Powder Co., and the famous foreign invested enterprises, such as TDK in Dalian and in Xiamen, and FDK in Shanghai. Since January 2004, the firing supporters, pushers and saggars have been exported to many foreign countries and regions, such as Ukraine, England, France, Korea and Taiwan. And the clients' feedback of their quality is very satisfactory.
