1 / our enterprise established in 1996. The area of our factory is 15, 000 square meters and
We have 50 engineers and 500 experienced workers.
2 / we have our 3d CAD system for products design and development.
3 / we have our CNC processing center for development and production of the sand core
Moulds, casting moulds and tooling.
4 / all brass ingots are imported from japan and korea.
5 / we have spectrometer from germany to analyze the brass composition. This is to
Avoid the excess of impurity and to ensure that the composition is up to our standard
6 / we are using gravity die casting method to produce the main body and we have the
Gravity die casting machines and sand core blowing machines from italy-imr
