Established in 2008, Hangzhou Hoca Kitchen and Bath Products Co., Ltd is a
comprehensive joint venture enterprise specializing in producing various sanitary products. The whole production base covers 150 thousand square meter with nearly 120 thousand square meter building area. And the total asset values 150 million RMB. With about thousand employees, Hangzhou Hoca could supply different kinds of sanitary hardware products including faucets, bathroom cabinet, leisure sanitary ware, sanitary fittings etc. Our manufacturing capabilities in process covers casting, machining, bending, stamping, polishing, plating and PVD, as well as the advanced no lead production capability , trivalent chrome plating process and PVD capability. Our products could ensure passing 100 hours acid salt spray test. And the manufacturing facilities we have includes world class gravity casing unit, CNC centers and multiple shafts machining equipments, auto plating line and advanced PVD chamber introducing from abroad. We also equipped with complete cabinet production facilities of Germany HOMAT brand, completed closed dust-free painting room and large scale bending machine from abroad. All these facilities could ensure annual production capacity of 9 million sets of sanitary products.
