We can consummate the design on the basis of the sketchy conception or idea from the client, which can be either the simple plan or the blueprint; we can also plot the standard drawing based on the sample provided by customers; we can carry on both the primitive design and the design improvement according to customers' requests.
Thanks for the long time handling of overseas orders, we are also very familiar with the international standards/criterion laid down by the material organizations from various countries and regions, such as EN, JIS, DIN, ISO and AISI/ASTM. Comparing to the material codes of other countries, Chinese materials have discrepancies in chemical composition, mechanical properties and the size specification. This important knowledge guarantees us to provide the better material solutions for customers.
Technique of production:
Our production processing includes: Casting, stamping, standard machinery processing, CNC machine finishing, many kinds of welding, polishing, static electricity powder spray coating and fitting assembling
The material includes Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, zinc base alloy, copper, rubber and plastic.
For the surface treatment, we can provide hexavalent or trivalent electroplating of nickel, chromium, blue white zinc, silver white zinc, color zinc, black zinc, tin, gold and silver as well as chemistry nickel plating. The quality of plating is reliable because of many years of cooperation with our sub-contractors who are experienced.
We have a static electricity powder painting workshop, and are mainly engaged in static electricity powder spray coating. We adopt coating technology in making children's vehicles, furniture, electrical appliances, advertisement, automobile manufacturing, industrial goods, chemical industry, instruments and meters, vessels and aviation.
Other service:
Most of our products are exported to West Europe and North America, including Germany, France, the UK, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, the US, Canada, Ukraine, Russia and Poland.
