Chaohu Sihai Artificial Board Co., Ltd. is located at the north side of the Wuhu Changjiang Bridge and inside the Erba Economic and Technological Development Zone, north to the Hefei-Chaohu-Wuhu Expressway and east to the Yangtze River, facing the prosperous Wuhu City from afar. The OMD Inorganic Coated series is a kind of new green decoration material up to the national environmentally-friendly and energy-saving standards. Our company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. The products are widely used in the industry, civil, tunnel, purification system, hospital and municipal construction.
Our company introduces fully automatic production lines from Germany and Italy with new advanced spraying and roller coating technologies. We have 2 production lines with an annual output of 30,000 cubic meters and 1.2 million square meter melamine plates. In 2006, we invested more than 20 million Yuan in importing the most advanced UV-automatic production lines with clean workshops. The production rate can get 6 pieces of high quality UV boards per minute. Our company is currently one of the main base plate production bases and is the only enterprise producing UV decorative plate products made of logs. Through authoritative department detection, each index complies with state E1 standard.
