Qingdao Ever-bright Forging & Casting Company was established in 1998. It is a private company engaged in forging and casting. The company is located in Yanjialing Industrial Park, between Jimo and Chengyang. It is 10km away from Qingdao International Airport, and about 2km from Jiqing Expressway and Qingyin Expressway. The company covers an area of 56,000m2, with a building area of 3,0000m2. It is mainly engaged in production of machine tool series, machining of semifinished product and its simple assembling. The old part covers an area of 13,000m2. It is mainly engaged in processing semifinished product.And the total output will be more than 50,000 ton.
The number of staff is 140, including two senior engineers, five engineers, one economist, one senior technician, 20 technical personnel.
Currently, our company mainly engaged in the production of large and medium castings and forgings. The unit weight of castings is 2-60 tons, which include engine-block castings of marine diesel engine and machine tool series, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. Our main customers are: Weihai Huadong CNC Machine Co., Ltd, Zibo Diesel Engine Co., Ltd, Zibo Pingdu Diesel Engine Co.,Ltd.
Since its establishment, our company has implemented the strategy of success through quality, and made every effort to provide high-quality service to our customers. The company has focused on strengthening quality control, improving product quality and won the unanimous praise from our customers. It passed through authentication of ISO9001:2000 quality systems in 2007, and joined Shandong Foundry Association in 2008. In 2009, we passed the CCS authentication and BV authentication.
