Jingzhou Lotus Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 on the basis of former Hubei Jingzhou Machine Tool Works established in 1958. Our main products are "LOTUS" series of universal lathes, gap-bed lathes, high-speed precision lathes, CJK & CK series of CNC lathes, frequency conversion CNC lathes, slant bed CNC lathes, CNC vertical milling machines, 3-axis horizontal tapping machines, foundry smelting equipment and some military products, total 110 models and specifications. "LOTUS" machines sell well in China and are well received in more than twenty countries and regions, such as America, Germany, Italy, Thailand and Argentina, winning high praise from customers.
Our company has more than 100 engineers and technicians and more than 400 sets of high precision equipment, including a horizontal machining center, a CNC grinding machine (specialized in bed-way machining) and a precision boring machine. Our company is ranked as state Grade II in metrology industry.
Since 1986, "LOTUS" series have been awarded "The High Quality Product of Hubei Province", "High Quality Product of the Ministry of Machinery" and "The State's Quality License for Export Products".
During 2002~2006, our company has been awarded titles of "QC Model Enterprise of Hubei Province", "QC Model Enterprise of Jingzhou City" and "Most Prospective Enterprises of Hubei Province". Our products were entitled "Reliable Quality Products of Hubei Province", "Famous Products" and "Customer-recognized Products of Hubei Province". Our company passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 certification in 2003 and CCC certification in 2006. Our company was awarded as "Innovative Hi-Tech Enterprise of Hubei Province" in 2008.
Our company manufactures over 2000 sets of machines per year, including over 800 sets of CNC lathes. In 2006, our company merged six core enterprises into a consolidated machine tool company of Jingzhou Lotus Machine Tool Group Corp. (JLMTG) and our annual turnover is three hundred million CNY.
