Dingxiang County Yongfeng Flanges Machining Co., Ltd. was established in March of 2007. Our factory covers about 18000 square meters, including a building area of about 6000 square meters. We have 100 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment, and 150 workers and 28 technicians with middle-higher level. We have the production capacity of more than 2000 tons.
Our factory is mainly manufacturing flanges and sorts of forgings, with the nominal size from 15mm to 5000mm. We comply with all kinds of standards, such as ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS, AAS and GB standards. The materials we use mainly include stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. We can produce the welding neck, slip on, threaded, socket welding, lap joint, blind and wind power flanges. Besides, we can manufacture all kinds of special flanges according to the drawings provided by the customers.
The products we provide are widely used in the fields of oil, natural gas, chemical engineering, ship building, wind-power generation, nuclear industry, heat supply, tap water, waste water management, pharmaceuticals, brewing, mining and military industry. Moreover, 90% of our products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including Europe, South and North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Our product quality has been approved by most customers.
In order to enlarge our manufacturing scale, to normalize the management for factory and to effectively control the product quality, we have cooperated with Xinchang Minmetals Forging & Casting Flanges Co., Ltd. We got TUV ISO9001 certificate, AD-MERKBATTWO/TRD 100 certificate and PED (97/23/EC) certificate from TUV Rheinland. The products we provide will be more normalized and the quality will be better and stable.
