With great support from the government, former Li Qiang Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co. and Suizhou He Li Truck & Trailer Manufacturing Co. mergered together to be a new company named Hubei He Li Special Purpose Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
