Our major processes:
1,Our quality inspector will inspect the materials as they in field and work out the operational projects according to the grades, and then figure out the attentions of the work;
2,Our processing unit will pickle the striped steel to dispose the facial float rust,impurities and purify them;
3,The purified striped steel will into the rolling workshop and according to formats and thicknesses,especially the later, to roll out as different primary formats and get into our company;
4,The primary will be take into cutting workshop in cutting into welded pipe according to different outer diameters and thicknesses;
5,According to different pipe units, out striped steel will be classified with format and type before be made into high frequency welded pipe in the workshop;
6,A mass quality inspection to every single finished product will be carry out untill it pass and then you will find them be packed in store according to different outer diameters and thickness.
