Yantai Yihua Autoglass Co., Ltd. is a Sino-US Joint -venture, founded in 1989. Our company covers 50 thousand square meters including 20 thousand square meters' construction area, the total investment of our company is RMB 125 million.
The whole set of advanced manufacture facility of laminated glass, flat and bent tempered glass and double arch tempered glass, and testing facility are imported from world first-class Finland Tamglass Corporation. We import high-quality PVB as raw material, and promote our manufacturing according to international standard ECE-R43, American DOT, South Africa SABS 1191 and national standard GB9656-2003. Now we have developed about 1000 types of front windshields, tempered side windshields and tempered back windshields for models. Also, we have gained the four safety certificate referred above in 1992. Now our products are exported to America, Africa, Austrilia and Europe.

3. Our annual volume for various machined parts is 5000 tons.

We have a new-built foundry in 2006 which can make precision casting and sand casting for alloy steel and carbon steel. Also we have hightly-advanced test equipment and coordinated process with machining, stamping and welding. We can make part from 0.1kg to 100kg, out annual capacity 10k tons.
