Established in 1981, Shandong Yunlong Embroidery Co., Ltd. is located in the Luxiu City, the main production base of home textile of China. Our main products are functional laminated home textiles.
Over 30 years, we have been making improvement on ideology, management, mechanism, techniques and products and gained countless titles in the field. We have 280 designers, including Art & Craft masters and senior artists. We have developed 85 kinds of products, 86 kinds of new needlework and techniques and gained 155 National Patents on utility and color. Meanwhile, we release over 4600 kinds of new patterns every year. We attach great importance to the research and development of new products. We have all kinds of equipment for development. Now we have a design and development workshop for sample making. We have computerized embroidery machines, computerized quilting machines, laser cutting machines and cutting machines. Besides, we also brought in Saurer Machines from Switzerland.
In 2002, we made adjustment on product construction and developed high-tech functional laminated home textiles. Our products are watertight, breathable, wind resistant, virus resistant and flame resistant. We can use them on medical health, military guard and exercise. We have got invention patent for our products.
Yunlong has 6 branches with over 100, 000 square meters and full production lines. We have a production line for internationally advanced laminated home textiles, over 20 kinds of powerful shuttle computerized embroidery machines and computerized quilting machines. We have over 1200 workers, with an annual sales value of RMB200 million.
In 1980s, our main products were table cloth. These were our early styles and they were made from new fabric. Besides, we also offer placemats. During the same period, we successfully developed Yunlong Embroidery. It was popular with clients in the USA in 1980s.
At the end of 1990s, we entered American market. We also provided Diaoyulong quilts, patchwork and air brushes.
Our main products are home decorations and laminated home textiles. This one gained First Design Gold Medal and it has over 120 colors. Next three photos are shower curtains and embroidery.
