Company's subsidiary plant - Jiaxing Xin Yue Standard Parts Co., Ltd comes into existence from 2003, with annual export value of 50 million U.S. dollars, which is a local fastener industry leading enterprise. The leading products are threaded rods, L bolts, U bolts, nuts, bolts, as well as non-standard screws. Its monthly output can reach 4,000 tons. The factory has advanced electroplating equipment, heat treatment equipment, including that plating and heat treatment capacity of the external processing can reach 30,000 tons per month. The product standards have ANSI, DIN, BS standards, the grade varies from 4.8-12.9, which include B7, ANSI GR2-GR5, carbon steel, copper, S.S304, S.S316. We have passed the authentication of ISO9001: 2000 international quality system.
Product Quality Management: 1. An in-depth inspection of factories to ensure that the staff must be responsible to every order. We have established tracking responsibility system. The factory engineer will supervise the quality of products in strict accordance with international standards. 2. We will check each order (goods name, size, quantity, delivery date, etc.) according to the contract. 3. Random inspection include raw materials, product, packaging. Unqualified products will never be allowed to ship. We will eliminate unqualified products appear in the next working procedure. 4. Before loading to container, we will carefully check the bundles and pallets with packing list. 5. Select the best partner to ensure the best price & quality for the customer.
Sales and Marketing: We face the global market. Our products are mainly exported to Europe, the United States, Australia, South America, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia and other countries. Coming to our factory takes only two hours from Shanghai by highway, and one hour from Ningbo through Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge. We can easily pick up client from airport to factory.
