Our company mainly processes aquatic products, providing fresh fish such as mandarin fish, pelteobagrus, and snakehead, as well as various frozen and roasted marine products such as frozen catfish fillets, frozen shrimps, roast freshwater crawfish, and frozen silver fish. Our company has a cold storage with the capacity of 500 tons, and can handle more than 5000 tons of aquatic products yearly.
Our company specializes in producing IQF channel catfish fillets which are our main competitive products, for our company owns the breeding base for channel catfish which has been enrolled by the National Immigration & Examination Inspection Bureau. Therefore, the whole process from baby catfish breeding to final fillets is inspected by HACCP System. We introduce advanced production equipment and employ a large number of professional and technical personnel. We have a technical force and advanced production technology, based on HACCP international standard. The establishment of a strict scientific management system ensures good quality of our products.
