Mianyang Huarui Automotive Co., Ltd. (abbreviated Huarui Company) is located in Mianyang City of Sichuan Province.

As the wholly-owned subsidiary company of Brilliance China Automotive Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as Brilliance Group), Mianyang Huarui Automotive Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Huarui Auto) was established in December, 2004, and has more than 500 staffs.
Huarui Auto, after the enactment of the country's new policy in automobile industry, is the first qualified enterprise to manufacture auto in different places and has four major production lines and testing lines. Up to now, Huarui Auto is specialized in manufacture and sale of Jinbei series products of 92 types of vehicles, including SUV, Pick-up, Lighttruck, Light minitruck, Minitruck and so on.
Huarui Auto has passed the Automotive Production CCC authentication of CQC Certification Center and ISO9001: The quality management system certification of 2000, the environmental calibrated test of electric injection engine's "three-highs" (high plateau, high temperature, high altitude ) and the enviromental emission of State 3. In February, 2006, Huarui Auto, with Iran EEC authentication and South Africa SABS authentication, gained auto "Export License" issued by the Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, Gerneral Administration of Customs and exported to Egypt, Nigeria, Morocco, Syria, Uruguay, Thailand, Botswana, Iran, South Africa and other countries.
In accordance with "North Shenyang, South Mianyang", the strategic layout of Brilliance Group, on the basis of the advantages of Mianyang Xinchen Engine Power Machinery Co.,Ltd. And the western and the vast overseas market, the South base of Brilliance Auto is established in Mianyang. The South base covers an area of 800,000 square meters, with an investment of 1,000,000,000RMB in two phases, and plans to have an annual ouput of 210,000 Jinbei Autos.
On May 14, 2009, the Industrial Park of Brilliance Atuo and Engine Parts,with an area of 667000 square meters, laid the foundation stone in Sichan Mianyang Anxian County. From May 2009 to 2011, with an annual output of 500,000 parts,the project will complete 14 projects including converted depot, rear axle factory, frame factory and so on.
