Based on the strong supporting by Wuliangye Push Group company, the products we manufactured include lenticular lens sheet, lenticular lens board, lenticular 3d offset printing products, lenticular 3d laminating products, PET resin, PET preform, anti-counterfeit wine closure, beverage drinking closure, glass bottle, plastic box, plastic bag, non-woven bag, plastic pallet, transit crate, PET clear film, holographic products, and so on. Lenticular 3D products division and beverage drink packaging division imported a lot of advanced equipments as well as foreign technology and management, such as 6 sets 6-8color Man Roland 700 UV flat offset printing machine from Ameriacan, 12 sets Bruckner extruding machine from Germany, 16 sets Welex extruding machine from American, 14 sets Husky high speed inject molding machine from Canada, Sidel crystallization machine from France, and all kinds of laminating machine, diecuting machine, folding machine, blowing machine from Japan, Italy, and so on. The key products include lenticular lens sheets/board, clear film, 3D anti-counterfeiting packages, 3D image and advertisement products, PET chips, PET performs, PET bottles, etc. The annually production capacity of 3D packaging materials is 200,000 metric ton, 1 billion 3D packaging boxes, 150,000 tons polyester chips, 800 million pieces PET performs, 1.2 billion PET bottles, 7,000 tons rural plastic film, 4,000 plastic hot shrink film.
Distillery packaging division, glass bottle division and non-woven bag division also imported a lot of advanced injection molding machines, assembly machines, silk screen print machines, transfer machines, extrusion & blowing machines, stamping presses machines from Germany, Italy, Canada, Taiwan as well as the foreign advanced management. The major products of these three divisions include wine closures, glass bottles, various plastic transparent packaging boxes, thin-wall containers, plastic bags, non-woven bags, holographic film, pallets, transit crates, etc. The annual production capacities can reach 1 billion plastic alcoholic drink bottle closures, 1 billion cold/hot-filled drink bottle closures, 1.2 billion pp combination closures, 640 million pp joints, 440 million pieces gift bags, 2 billion non-woven bags.
