Suzhou Muye Machinery Forging Co., Ltd., (former Suzhou Mudu Metallurgy Machinery Forging Factory) is located in Puzhuang Economic Development District, Suzhou. We started in 1995. With our efforts for more than ten years, our company has already developed into the enterprise which has a total fixed asset of 5 million Yuan and a small factory with the assets of more than 10,000 Yuan. Our factory covers 20 acres, with the workshop area of about 2500 square meters. We are really a green enterprise with beautiful environment. The transportation is very convenient. We are close to Su-Jia-Hang Highway.
We employ more than 50 people, among whom, one is engineer and five are technicians. Our company has about 10 different types of equipment, including two pneumatic hammers of Model C41-750B, one machine of Model C41-250, 3 band saws of Model CY4230/50, one Double-column horizontal band sawing machine of Model GY4240/50, two Anti-cooked furnaces and a drawing furnace. In 2008, we purchased Y-1500 type and Y-600 type ring forging machines. The largest diameter of the ring can be 1500mm. Our company mainly forges parts, and has the stock materials of more than 400 tons and about 80 kinds of steel products. We are the characteristic enterprise in the forging industry in the southern area of Jiangsu Province. Although our company is small, we receive favor from the customers because of complete steel selection.
We have the business contract with many enterprises, such as Shanghai Jiangnan Shipyard, Shanghai Compressor Factory, Suzhou Gear Factory and Zhejiang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. We also export goods to German Kelon Company.
The annual production capacity is about 1000 tons. At the same time, the annual sales value is up to 20 millions RMB. Our enterprise does not get a loan, and the fund circulation is in a good situation.
We are very strict in purchasing raw materials, and never allow to purchase non-brand steel. We have established long-term supply relationship with steel product suppliers, such as Shanghai Steel and Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation. We set up the archive of steel quality control and the system of labels in the storehouse, and build a forging process proofreading examining system. We have also established the second embryo inspection system.
We have associated with Suzhou Forging Association for a long term. They carry on the sampling chemical examination of the steel and resisting inspections, such as pressing, pulling force and ultrasonic tests.
Moreover, in recent years, our company has also spent a lot of money on quality testing equipment, such as chemistry analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors and magnetic powder crack detectors. Our products are 100% qualified for delivery. This is our guarantee for the customers.
We have established a perfect & strict quality assurance system and adopted the advanced production craft to ensure production process is under control.
