Linyi Zhaohua Engine Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Linyi High and New-tech Industrial Development Zone, Linyi City, Shandong Province. We are a professional enterprise specialized in manufacturing cylinder bodies, which are the core components of small general gasoline engines, garden machinery, plant-protection machinery, construction machinery and aeromodelling and vehicle models. We are currently the largest manufacturer which is producing cylinder bodies of small gasoline engines in China.

Our company was established in 1997, originally named Linyi Zhaohua Engine Parts Factory, with the main products of through-hole cylinder bodies for mist-duster series. From 1999 to 2001, we had developed cylinder bodies for brush cutter series and upgraded equipment for the first time to produce blind-hole cylinder bodies. Since 2002, we have developed cylinder bodies for scooters and chain saw series and set up a plating workshop. The key technology of cylinder bodies used within the pore-size chrome-plated products is Hard Chromium Plating Technology. At the same time, we start to develop environmentally-friendly cylinders. In order to facilitate the further expansion of production, we begin to build our new factory, which covers an area of 28,000 square meters.

In 2007, we got the stratified scavenging technology patent successfully, passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and RoHS Detection of harmful substances. Meanwhile, our machining equipment was modified for CNC machine tools and high-tech CNC machining centers. We are applying for the Nickel-based Carbide Technology.
