Tri-Ring Clutch Company was founded in 1954, and joined DFAC Group in 1982. It introduced the key clutch equipments and technology from Valeo Group in 1989 and built a brand-new factory and manufactured the diaphragm spring clutch, with production capability over 1.5 million sets yearly. In 1997, the company joined Tri-ring Group.
The company owns 468 sorts producing equipments, among which the key equipments such as machining, inspecting and checking tester, heat treatment equipments are imported from France and Germany. It builds one of the most professional R&D Center and Clutch Testing Centers in China and the Clutch Testing Center is appointed by DongFeng Automobile Company, YuChai Diesel Company and DPAC. The Clutch R&D Centre is honored as R&D Centre at provincial level by Hubei government. The company is a member of Chinese Clutch Industry and a member of Chinese Automobile industry Association. From 2005 to 2007, it was chosen to be one of Top Hundred Auto Component Enterprises by The China Automotive News.
