YSM Wheels Corporation Ltd. is a member of YSM Group. We have members in alloy wheel and tire business, with total turnover of over USD25 million annually. We have 4 brands, and work with major wheel brands in Europe and North America. We have 5 distribution centers all over the world. We have a factory in Anhui, China. At the same time, we have an in-house design team, which designs original aftermarket alloy wheels.
The Foundry:
We invested more than USD30 million in setting up alloy wheel foundry in 2006. Our foundry is located in Anhui, China, producing both replica and aftermarket wheels. Our foundry has ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS16949, VIA, JWL and TUV certificates. We have 18 low-pressure and 6 gravity die-casting machines as well as 14 machining lines and advanced CNC machines. Moreover, we do have a fully automatic painting line and offer powder coating and clear coating, with annual production capacity of more than 2 million pieces. Meanwhile, we have in house stainless steel production lines, and we are the only factory making open cut stainless steel lip in China.
Marketing and IT:
We have a marketing team of 12 people, who design our ERP system. We offer our European customers marketing support when we start to cooperate with each other. In 2006, we started to program our own online ERP system, so the customers are able to see the stock online in real time, as well as placing orders.
The orders can be tracked until it has been delivered to customer's warehouse. Our Buffer Warehouse is located in Shanghai, 10 miles away from the biggest port in the world, with a state-of-the-art online order system to make ordering, manufacturing and shipping seamlessly. A constant stock of over 10,000 wheels ensures timely delivery.
Unique Pre-Shipping Checking/Packing Service:
We have purposefully designed a strategic checking system that consists of a proposed picking list, individual wheel inspection for over 5% of each specification, individual wheel specifications will be packed at the same location in the container and photo of loaded container taken before shipping. Nothing is shipped unless this document is completed!
Sales Teams:
We have sales offices in China, the Netherlands, the UK, Japan and the USA, providing customers with reliable service. Our teams will do their best to serve clients. We are not a factory thousand miles away from people in the East, we are the world local factory. We also offer customs clearance to customers in different countries and regions.

The other one is in Anhui stocking replica wheels, mainly with the volume of 60,000 pieces.
