Zibo Xinya Calcium Oxide Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Zichuan Area, Zibo City, Shandong Province, where is rich in high quality limestone resources.
Our company is the wholly owned subsidiary of Zibo Xinya Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. (http://www.xygs.cc) which belonged to Sinopec Shandong Qilu Branch before and then transformed to a shareholding system. Our company was founded in November 2008 with a registered capital of 60 million Yuan. Our company occupies 65mu (about 43,355 square meters) and has a limestone mine of 800mu (about 132 acres) for production. The fixed number of staff is 100.
Our company plans to invest 120 million Yuan in importing two regenerative Twin-D lime kilns from Italian Cimprogetti Company (called CIM below) which has first-class kiln technology in the world. The capacity of each kiln is 400 tons per day and the kilns mainly produce high activity Cao, Ca(OH)2 and PCC. Our company is the biggest limestone further processing base for our production scale and the highest automation level. Furthermore, our company has got import and export license.
Our company devotes ourselves to the production of superfine Cao in China. We own several national patented technologies and one of them is a kind of Ca(OH)2 production device used for dry FGD. The technical power of our company is strong and the production process is advanced. We take natural gas which is clean energy as fuel and use environmental protection equipment which is all up to the standard.
The whole production process realizes automatic control and the lab testing methods are complete and reliable.
Our company arranges the production strictly according to ISO9000 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system. The product quality is stable. The product has the features of high purity and activity, less humidity and dosage, high efficiency and others.
The transportation both by land and sea is very convenient. Our company is near No. 309 National Road and Ji-Qing Highway in the north, 200 kilometers away from Qingdao Port in the east and 120 kilometers from Jinan City in the west.
