Dandong Shengyang Plastics Co., Ltd. was incorporated as a joint venture with Hong Kong Landblue Shrink Films Supply Co., Ltd. and invested totally 80 million RMB in the joint venture. As a founder manufacturing Eco-friendly and non-toxic packaging film domestically, Shengyang has produced 7,500 tons of POFC-3 and POFC-5 products, which have been widely utilized in such industries as food, pharmaceutics, wooden article and artworks. PE and multi-color printing manufacturing lines have been imported and can be applied directly in color packing.

Shengyang is located in scenic Dandong City, which lies to the north of Bohai Economic Zone, so our company has a superior position and convenient communications. Dedicating up-to-date R&D and manufacturing strength to packaging industry, Shengyang has imported advanced equipment from SOTEN, Italy and standardization management and raw materials from the U.S, and produced eco-friendly POF shrink film that complies with national hygiene standards of food and drugs. Insisting on advanced product quality standards, Shengyang exports a large number of products to the U.S, South Korea, Japan and Malaysia. Shengyang has been certified via ISO9000 quality management system and QS license of production in safety, has been granted with the "Pyramid" award by Chinese national Ministry of Science and Technology and Egyptian Social Fund for development, and has acquired the admission to boutique wholesale systems, such as International Boutique Wholesale Market.
