Jiangsu Yinhuan Precision Steel Tube Co., Ltd. is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Yinhuan Holding of Group Co., Ltd., located in Yixing - the famous Pottery Capital of China and one of the most important industrial cities and business centers at the west bank of the Taihu Lake and in the center of the developed Yangtze River Delta. Here the Nanjing-Hangzhou Freeway and the Wuxi-Yixing Freeway come across while the Xinyi-Changxing Railway meets the Wuhu-Shanghai Canal, which shows the most convenient land and river transportation.
Our company was founded in 1992 and is one of the National Key High-tech Enterprises and the Top Hundred Private Enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Till now, our company has had three plants including the Stainless Steel Tube Plant, Alloy Steel Tube Plant and Precision Steel Tube Plant, covering an area of 400,900 square meters with over 1000 staff members.
Our company mainly manufactures the YINHUAN brand series precision seamless steel tubes including Austenitic seamless steel tubes, alloy steel tubes, duplex steel tubes, bright carbon steel tubes, Nickel-base alloy tubes, titanium steel tubes, tubes for condensers, U-bent tubes for high / low pressure feed water heaters and Tubes for nuclear power equipment, with the outer diameter from 5mm to 750mm, the wall thickness from 0.4mm to 40mm and the length till 33m. Now our company has 325 sets of machinery equipment for manufacturing various of seamless steel tubes, including 127 cold-rolling machines, 21 cold-drawing Machines (with a new 1000t hydraulic pressure cold-drawing Mill and a LG450 Rolling Mill added) and 15 heat treatment furnaces (including an atmosphere protective furnace and a high temperature intenerating muffle furnace). Our company is also well equipped with comprehensive testing and inspection facilities, which are used for Chemical analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical test, intergranular corrosion test, hydrostatic test, Eddy current & ultrasonic test, fiber scope inspection and PMI.
Our company insists on positioning the YINHUAN brand products as the High Property Seamless Steel Tubes, so we have been constantly improving the product quality and successively obtaining several production licenses for stainless steel high pressure boiler tubes and special equipment (Pressure Piping components), and Product Certificates like ASME/ASTM, PED by French BV and British LRQA. Our company has also passed the certifications of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO14000:2004 Environment Management System. With these efforts, our products of YINHUAN brand Seamless Steel Tubes have been awarded for several years as the "Top Quality Prize of Metallurgic Products: the Gold Cup Prize", while the YINHUAN brand High Pressure Boiler Tubes obtained the Reputation of "2007 China Top Brand Product".
