Our company started construction from March 2005,We had completed 60000T annual production capocity in August 2008. Our company covers 34000 square meters,include 12000 square meters production building at present.Company is employing more than 850 staff,include 120 technicians and managment,we are professional in R&D, manufacture and marketing of automotive components.We have perfect casting craftsmanship,advanced production equipment and perfect testing system.By now,we installed one advanced production line for Resin-sand casting and two sets Z148EC casting line.we adpot 6 sets of electric induction furnace and 60 sets of computer numerical control machine tools including several Gildemeister DMC 1035V processing center and more than 50 sets of CNC machine tools made in Shenyang.Our Inspection and Testing center have Direct-reading spectrometer,Metallurgical Analyzers Microscope,Tesion tester,Coordinate Measuring Machine,X-ray Internal Depect Tester and all the other modern facilities.we are certified under industrial standard(ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002) and licensed for international trade by chinese government.
The major products of our company during 2005-2011 include brake drum,wheel hub,wheel spider for Truck and trailer axle.base plate,mechanical pipe,valve,housing,backet and so on.Every year,we contributes many new products to our customers.their orders are servinced promptly and accurately.We expanded rapidly both in domestic and international market recent years.curectly.our annual production capacity is more than 60000 tons and keep in increasing.Our products win honour for us in the International Casting&Froging Fair of 2008,2010.Except the products at said,we have capobility to produce any products of Ductile cast iron and Gray iron if you supply drawing or sample to us.
The addition project of annual production ability 100,000 ton auto parts and mechanical products has been constructing, area is 66667 square meters, Foundry 14094 square meters, machining operation plant 8010 square meters, warehousing 4160 square meters, Province class R&D center 1500 square meters. Company confirmed to add 2 automation production lines.they are Melted Metal Squeezing line and SHONOL Resin Sand Casting line.3 sets of 10T intermediate frequency induction furnace , 6 sets of 3T intermediate frequency induction furnace, 250kg intermediate frequency induction furnace 3 sets and 500kg intermediate frequency induction furnace 2 stes. 10000 KVA special-purpose transformer, 2 sets of sand blender, 5 sets of A90 Taiwan Rebar machining center, 20 sets of CK516 Shenyang CNC lathe, 4sets of DMC 1035V machining center , tests sand blender, the simulation software, X-ray crack detector, CS fast analyzer and so on . The project construction cycle 2 years, it will be complete at the end of 2011. Then we will increases the auto part and the mechanical and electrical products 100,000 tons per year and company will be 160,000 ton annual productivities.
Our products will expand to steel casting products for automotive parts and hightrain motor parts. catalog include all parts that projected area up to 20 square decimeters.
