Wanshida Group Co.,Ltd Shaoyang is a backbone textile enterprise in Hunan province. our Group has developed into a large all-round enterprise covered spinning, dyeing, weaving, warping, singeing, desizing, napping and mercerizing process. it boasts of 120 thousands square meters and 1500 employees, among whom there are 182 technicians and modern spinning machines, weaving looms and other advanced equipment, such as:8 counter-dyers,7 high temperature and high pressure dyers,1 sizing-yarn machine, 120 shaft weavers(6colors,180type),42 steam-weaving machines.286 dobbies(75type) and 128 dobbies(56 type),framing boarder controlled by computer and so on. our complete series of advanced machines process fabrics up to 1600MM width.
With good infrastructure and excellent management, our factory is able to dye 1500T,weave 7 million meters yarn-dyed and process 15 million meters yarn-dyed every year. our factory has a beautiful surroundings and traffic is convenient. our products have exported to USA,HK, Japan, Burma, Malaysia, as well as Europe.
At present, our Groups’ main products include: pure cotton yarn-dyed fabrics, yarn-dyed linen fabrics, pure cotton high density delicate spinning: 40sx40s,133X72,50 s X50 s,144X76. T/C yarn-dyed fabrics(CVC,T/R),Napping fabrics with one side and two sides, yarn-dyed elastic fabrics, seersucker, Oxford shirting and so on. Also, we have a production line with the capacity of 15 thousands yarn spindles and guarantee the quality our products further.
In recent three years, our Group has developed with 20% economic growth and its annual sales income reaches RMB 100 million among which RMB 10 million profits tax is made. With strong technology power and high management level, our Group has initially realized network management. our products have been gained large popularity in international market.
