Yantai Ishikawa Gasket Co. Ltd is a joint venture established between Yantai Asbestos Product General Factory and Ishikawa Gasket Co. Ltd of Japan in 1990. The company specializes in making and selling various kinds of sealing materials, internal combustion cylinder gaskets,heat shield cover,accessorial gaskets,etc. It is the secondary member unit of china friction & sealing material association ,member factory of china automotive parts cooperation and member enterprise of Yantai Moon Group. It is also one of the largest sealing product makers domestically.
The annually output of sealing sheets reaches 4200 tons and the output of cylinder gaskets and other gaskets reaches 7700, 000 standard pieces annually. It also serves as a regular supplier for domestic automobile manufacturers and petrol-chemical industries. Its products have also been exported to such countries and regions as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, southeast Asia, middle east, etc.
The company has sent more than 50 engineers and technicians to Japan successively to study. On the basis of importing, digesting and absorbing design, test, manufacture, processing technology of internal combustion cylinder gasket, sealing sheet manufacturing and processing technology,The company enhance R&D capability and other core competitiy power.
The company passed TS16949 quality system audition in 2006.All the production is carried out according to the QC requirement strictly.
