For faster and better supply, the company started two factories since 2003. One is for glue manufacturing with a total area of 15000m2and daily output of 150,000pcs glue stick, white glue and glitter glue. The other is for molding, plastic injection, assembling and storage with a total area of 10,186 m2. Both factories have ISO9001:2000 Certification.
Ningbo Johnshen Stationery has a team of 20 R&D staff members, including some designers from Taiwan, who only focus on creating new designs. With their ideas, we have developed office stationery sets Ningbo Johnshen Stationery also has the capacity and facilities to provide one-stop-shop solution for its individual customers, mainly in producing the models and prototypes of the new designs and operating test run of production.
Most products from Ningbo Johnshen Stationery Co. have passed stringent product safety tests in compliance with international standards. Main customers of Ningbo Johnshen Stationery include Coles, Kaufland, Dollar Tree, and Wal-Mart. Overall exports value reached USD 4200 million in 2010.
Complying with the ISO 9001:2000, 2010, Ningbo Johnshen Stationery has strict adherence to quality control inspection standard AQL 2.5. Professional quality controllers inspect all items before packaging and delivery. The company has been accredited with product certifications including CE, EN 71-3, and ASTM, SGS is the third party inspector.
