The former name of Anshan Solenoid Valve Co., Ltd. was Dandong Solenoid valve Factory. Our company is located in Zhenbei Street, Xiuyan Town, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, which is famous for amounts of jade. Our company covers an area of more than 36,000 square meters, with floor area covering more than 26,000 square meters. Our capital asset is about 8000 million Yuan. The total number of our staff is 600. We are a solenoid valve enterprise with a largest production scale, diversified product specifications, perfect verification methods and strong research and development capabilities. We have developed various products, such as electric valves, pneumatic valves, marine valves and other valves.
Our enterprise took part in the draft of Chinese industry standard of solenoid valve products. We have passed the evaluation of ISO9001 International Quality System. In order to reach national level, our enterprise introduced novel designs and advanced manufacture technique of solenoid valve from German HERION Enterprise. Large quantities of our products have been put into domestic and foreign markets rapidly, receiving a good reputation.
Since 1965, our enterprise has carried national-level technological transformations for many times. Thus, we have domestic leading level craft of casting (including ferrous and non-ferrous), forging, heat treatment, various machining and electromagnet manufacture. We also have various verification methods in low temperature, normal temperature, middle temperature and high temperature for the range of pressure from vacuum, low-pressure, atmospheric pressure, medium-pressure to high-pressure. We can test medium working condition of water, gas, oil and steam. We have a large domestic product verification center, so that we can carry out pattern test and manufacturer's function test according to standards.
Our solenoid valve research institute has undertaken national-level science and technology for many years with much praise. We smoothly completed the national-level science and technology duty of solenoid valve for nuclear power station in the 1980s. Then, we entered nuclear power market.
