China Liaocheng City Paper-cut Artists Association was founded in 2005 as a non-profit social organization by Jin Fengjie lady. The association's tenet is: "protect endangered ethnic arts and Chinese precious auspicious culture".
For a long time, Jin Fengjie lady has concentrated on the study of clipart for Chinese intangible cultural heritage protection, and made important contributions. She is well-known for her splashed Choi paper-cut - one of Chinese painting arts, modern decorative arts and Chinese original paper-cut arts. She has created a great number of colorful splashed Choi paper-cut works, and is praised as "the first person of China splashed Choi paper-cut".
In 2008, the association was listed as one of the national key units of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center of China's Ministry of Culture. The splashed Choi paper-cut was reported to UNESCO and declared as the world heritage. In July, 2010, on behalf of the Chinese exhibition, the splashed Choi paper-cut was displayed in Shanghai world expo.
