Chongqing Zhongde Forging Co., Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise engaged in the integrated manufacture and sale of spare parts for automobiles, motorbikes and lathes. Our company owns two branch companies: Chongqing Luchi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Heat Treatment Plant of Chongqing Zhongde Forging Co, .Ltd. The Headquarters of our company is located in Golden Bamboo Industrial Park in Chongqing.
Our company was established in 1994 and occupies an area of over 100mu with a construction area of 42,000 square meters. There are over 600 employees with 3 senior engineers and 20 engineers owning the middle-level titles in our company. The main departments of our company include: Technology Department, Production Department, Quality Department, Marketing Department, Financial Department, Administration Department and HR Department.
Our company is equipped with a power supply capacity of 2800KVA and a natural gas supply capacity of 200 cubic meters per second. Our company owns more than 200 units of equipment for forging, machining, mold service, heat treatment and ball blasting and testing. Our company has complete capabilities to design and manufacture various forged parts. Currently, our company is producing over 1000 kinds of products with four series (motorbike series, automobile series, general-purpose gasoline Engine series, and lath series) and five types (pie-shaped type, disc-shaped type, shaft type, eccentric type, and tooth type). Our Production capacity may reach 70 million pieces of forged products and 7 million pieces of products for machining. Our total assets are 100 million RMB.
Our company has established a complete set of quality management system and has assigned 35 personnel as our quality control staff members. Meanwhile, our company has complete means of inspecting and testing facilities with over 20 units of inspecting and testing equipment. Our company has established complete quality assurance systems for designing, manufacturing and inspecting. Our company passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 quality management system in April, 2004 and the certification of TS16949 quality management system is under progress.
