Shanghai Zhoulian Foods Co., Ltd., established in September, 2008, and with a total investment of 20 million Yuan, is a modern production enterprise specializing in the intensive processing and domestic and foreign trade of aquatic products. Our company is located in Fengcheng Economic Development Zone, Fengxian District, Shanghai.
Currently, our company has a production plant which complies with the requirements of FDA and EEC directives and -18 degrees Celsius low temperature storage, totally up to an area of 6000 square meters. 4 sets of domestic advanced freezing production lines, boiling equipment for cooked products and other corollary equipment are equipped in the intensive processing workshop with a constant temperature of -18 degrees Celsius, which meets the requirements of HACCP and SSOP standards. Our company also has our own independent central laboratory. The annual processing capacity is 5,000 tons and the output value is 150 million Yuan. In May, 2009, we got the certificates of HACCP, QS and BRC, and passed the examination for EU registration of AQSIQ in December of the same year with the registration number 3100/02077. Meanwhile, our company has been honored by Agricultural Commission of Fengxian, Shanghai as a key leading enterprise of industrialized agriculture in Fengxian District.
We always adhere to the tenet of "put the product quality and the needs of customers before everything". In order to guarantee the safety and sanitation of products, we work hard on the construction and management of our company and take full advantage of the rich resources from local farming of vannamei shrimps. At the same time, we set up a complete system of product traceability and a management mode of paying attention to quality of raw materials from farmers, farming base, cooperative association and the enterprise.
Our company has a superior location with convenient transportation: 500m from the exit of A30 express way, 50km from Yangshan Deepwater Port and 30km from Pudong International Airport. With 20 years' experience in the processing and international trade of aquatic products, and the sound sales networks at home and abroad, we take the promise of "Quality First, Reputation Foremost" and export our products to Europe, the USA, South America, Southeast Asia, Russia, the Middle East, etc. At home, products with Zhoulian brand are mainly sold to major supermarkets in Shanghai, Beijing and other cities. Major products processed and sold by our company are: raw and cooked frozen shrimp products (head-on shrimps, headless shrimps, PUD shrimps, tail-on shrimps, shrimp kebabs, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, etc.); fish products (monk fish, codfish, croaker, etc.); cephalopods (squid, octopus, inkfish, etc.); and other products (swimming crabs, cut crabs, assorted seafood, shellfish, etc.).
