Suzhou NDL Home Products Co., Ltd. is a professional metal stamping manufacturer in China and has been serving the worldwide customers for over 10 years. We have obtained ISO certificate already and are equipped with laser 3D machines for making new designs. We are supporting both OEM and ODM businesses and specialize in making various types of wall mounts for plasma/LCD/LED TV, desk mounts, DVD shelf racks, CRT wall mounts, ceiling mounts, projector mounts, air conditioner wall mounts, display shelves, cable management kits and TV stands. Our product development team can provide innovative designs that suit most market needs. We have supplied products to branded and non-branded customers in Europe and the USA for years and earn a good reputation among the overseas customers for both product quality and services provided.

Capabilities:

Our factory is capable of producing over 200,000 units per month. Our structure is vertically integrated for enhancing work efficiency and cost competitiveness. We have a strong R&D team which is capable of coming up with 20 new designs monthly. We are using UL / TUV safety protocol. In-house tests (such as functionality test and packaging test) are carried on all models before they are officially released.

Responsiveness to the current market enables us to have updated market and product direction as we are working closely with TV manufacturers and retailers in Europe and the USA. This also allows us to share information with customers in the process of product selection as well as store presentation.

Our Attention to Quality Assurance
With our team of QA engineers, we begin quality control from the very beginning, from material procurement, IQC, in-process QC to final/out-going QC. This process reduces any chance of disqualification or any delay caused by unforeseen material problems (not meeting our spec).

Our products have applied the design patents and functional patents in the USA and China for enhancing the comparative advantages of our customers.

Lastly, our awareness to Social Ethics allows our overseas customers to rest assure that there are no illegal work force or under age workers employed at our factory. Our managers are trained / updated regularly by going to seminars provided by the Labor Department.

Company History

2001 ~ 2005: Our company was established. The main products at that time were display racks and air conditioner mounts.

2006: Our company was expanded and our factory moved to Suzhou with a total floor area of over 10,000 square meters with production premises of over 6,000 square meters. Products included CRT wall mounts, TV stands, speaker stands, speaker net covers and AV accessories.
