There are more than 100 salesmen, supervisors, engineering technicians and manufacturing technicians in our company. More than 50 sets of various types of advanced equipments are furnished in production line. Including most advanced automatic optic-electronic machine and welding machine.
New designs monthly
Our 40 designers with an average of five years' experience develop ten new products per month. They can also turn your ideas into samples in as fast as two weeks. Relying on their strong R&D capabilities, we have obtained lots of patents for our innovative products.
Producing in-house LEDs
We have two factories to handle your volume orders-one covers an area of 18,000 square meters for LEDs and the other covers an area of 20,000 square meters for LED lighting products. Our monthly capacity is 500 million LEDs and 36 million LED lighting products, which make us to be one of the world's largest LED lighting manufacturers. We deliver your orders in two to four weeks.
Meeting CE, UL, GS, C-UL and RoHS standards
To ensure our quality consistency, we use materials from over 250 stable suppliers in Europe, Japan and the USA, which have worked with us for more than four years. And our 200 QC staff members conduct an ISO 9001:2000 certified inspection system to ensure our products meet international standards such as CE, UL, GS, C-UL and RoHS.
Based on those measures, we formed gradually a full set of self-perfecting management system and offer our customers with best products and high-grade service. With the spirit of continuous improvement to perfect every detail we met, on the strength of our excellent quality and first class after-sale service to reach jointly with our customers the top of undertaking.
