Shandong Shenghao Home Textile Co., Ltd. is located in Penglai --- the well-known human paradise. Our company is north to Bo Sea, with No. 206 National Free Way passing by in front. The transportation is very convenient. It was established in october 1989. It became a joint venture in May 2003 under the South African merchants investment. Shenghao Group governs three subsidiary companies which are Shenghao Blanket Co., Ltd, Shenghao Homespun Co., Ltd and Tianshan Dyeing Co., Ltd.
The company owns advanced equipments and powerful technical force. Now it has grown as a large group company integrating spinning, dyeing, chemical, blanket and bedding. The company has modern scientific management system, which has realized managing scale of computer design, spinning, dyeing and level up for one. Tianshan Dyeing Co., Ltd is a enterprise with chemical, dyeing, wool spinning, cotton spinning etc. The dyeing plant has superb dyeing equipments and skilled technicians with the capacity of acrylic yarn, rough cotton and chiffon, the color of which are bright and staying. The annual dyeing capacity is of more than 3600 tons leading other craft brothers in the province. The Woo Spinning has advanced equipment and powerful technology with annual capacity of 20 tons. As one of top firms, Blanket Factory has wide plant side, high standard modern workshop, superb blanket producing equipment and advanced producing technology with annual capacity of 5 million pieces. Presently, the company has realized modern office, from computer design, matching colors, textile, dyeing and level up of developing department to computer matching of workshop and storage of warehouse, finance, marketing etc all have realized computer latticing. That promote work efficiency and smooth the production and sale. The marketing network has covered in and abroad.
The domestic sales are to Harbin, Shenyang on the north, to Guangzhou, Liuzhou on the south, to Yiwu, Nantong on the east, to Xinjiang, Xizang on the west. The products occupy every big market basically. The foreign trades are to 26 countries and regions such as Japan, U.S, Russia, Middle East, South Africa, Spain, Greece and Hungary etc. In 2004, the first half year export value of our company listed No. 29 in top 100 bedding companies and blankets export value stood No.2 from CIQ Stat. The exporting currency is of 26 million dollars and the total value of 300 million yuan in the whole year. The Homespun Company owns one Japan cotton carding production line, Suzhou Zhengbu single-needle quilter, Korea Yuchang computer multi-needle quilter, computer embroidery machine and Japan flat seamer which realize the clear modern operating flow of computer processing, pattern developing and design, samples selecting and confirm, producing, quality control and shipment of finish products.
