Wujiang Xianglong Bonding Factory is located in the silk town-Shengze, Wujiang City. Our factory was established in 2000, covering an area of more than 15,000 square meters. We are close to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Suzhou, enjoying strategic location and easy transportation, and we are in the center of the coastal area of Yangtze River Delta.
Since 2009, our company has expanded our size. Initially, we had only 4 TPU bonding production lines, but till now, we have introduced 2 transfer Release paper coating lines, 2 Rolling printing lines, 4 Taiwanese coating lines, and a 2.5m TPU line. Furthermore, we have 8 Calendering machines and 2 Embossing machines. We have invited foreign technical consultants to guide our production, and they focus on the technology innovation and development on release paper coating, special coating, bonding and embossing.
Our products have some characters of water-proof, breathable, moisture and wind proof and warm. Besides, they enjoy super soft and super rich feel, and even after repeated folding or washing, the fabric surface still looks very nice. They have high peel strength, and are water-fast and low temperature resistant. With their stable waterproof and breathable characteristics, they are widely used in various fashion garments, children's garments, sportswear, down clothes, police uniforms, and high class decorative home textiles (suitable for sofas, curtains and bedding). The brightest characters of our fabrics are super bright, super soft, super smooth and matt finish, and they comply with environment protection standards, popular in European, American, the Middle Eastern and Asian markets, greatly enhancing customers' competitive advantage.
In this year, we set up an Importing and Exporting company for textile trade, sincerely taking all kinds of foreign orders related to weaving and knitted fabrics, synthetic fabrics, printing fabrics, bonding fabrics and coating fabrics.
