Samples Terms:
Samples are available within 5 working days, but buyers need to pay for the samples and freight cost before samples are sent. If you have FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT freight collected account and agree to pay the courier freight, you just need to pay samples' charge. We don't accept free samples and Free freight cost. Please email or fax us the samples (product name, Item No., models, quantity, etc.) you want, we will make the proforma invoice and inform the total price you need to pay us. After receiving your payment, we will send samples to you within 3 working days.
Delivery Terms:
Delivery time is negotiable. Generally we will ship the goods within 3 working days after receiving your payment. As for OEM big orders, we need 30 days after we get your deposit.
Mini Order Quantity (MOQ):
1pc without brand or our brand, 100 or above 100pcs for OEM buyer's brand
Shipping: For small weight or volume less than 45kg, products are sent usually by DHL or FedEx.
For orders from 45 to 500kg, products can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume more than 500kg, products can be sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way and destination country (airport, sea port).
Warranty:
Our warranty is 3 years after delivery. For our products after selling, we just accept replacement of the defective ones caused by no working or bad quality during the warranty time (from we send it and till we get the return). Only in the condition that the warranty sticker on the products is full and is not damaged, products can get guarantee.
We don't accept the following faulty products:
A) Default or damaged caused by error operation
B) Broken or damaged on the way
C) The warranty sticker on the products is torn or damaged
D) Buyer ordered but cannot sell caused not by no working or bad quality
E) Out of the warranty time
Transport Ways:
1) Freight prepaid
A) by DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc.
Their service is door to door. Then, you can get goods at any place you appointed.
B) By airmail of post office
You need to pick up goods from your post office
C) By air
You need to pick up goods from the airport of your city or your appointed
D) By sea
You need to pick up goods from the port of your city or your appointed
2) Freight collected
A) FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT freight collected
You need to provide us with FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT account and the registered company name, receiver's name, delivery address and telephone number with the account.
