Besides the aluminium business, Longkou Leixin Aluminium Co. is dealing with cement business as well. Cement business has been our family business for over 30 years. We have our own stone quarry, which is less than 5 kilometers away from our cement plant. We also have our own transportation company with more than 100 vehicles for transportation and digging. The biggest advantage is the convenience of our transportation: our cement plant is less than 1 kilometer to Luanjiakou Port (100,000 DWT level) and less than 30 kilometers to Longkou Port (300,000 DWT level).
Our production line is new dry calcining kiln, equipped with a 6MW low temperature exhaust heat power station. We have adopted the international advanced technology and equipment for production and inspection and applied DCS system to control the whole production process, controlling the production in scale, in digitization and in automation. The technical parameters of our products have achieved the advanced level in the business line. Our annual capacity of "Weiyangshan" high quality cement is 2 Million tons.
Our company has a complete quality management system. "Weiyangshan" brand cement has passed the evaluation of ISO9001 Quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental system certification and has won the Korean KS Standard Certificate.
Applicable scope: overground and underground high-strength concrete projects and anti-freeze, impervious, abrasion resistant concrete projects. Our cement has fast condensing and hardening features and good freezing resistance and is more suitable for project requiring fast condensing, high initial strength and circulation freeze-thawing.
More applicable scope: ordinary industrial and civil architecture, real estate and hydraulic engineering, especially for large volume concrete projects.
