Beipiao Power Steel Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991. It is an integrated professional casting manufacturer with research and development, casting, machining, and sale. Our company is located in the west of Liaoning Province.Our products include stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and alloy steel casting used for pumps and valves. Our technology is in the leading position of domestic and international markets. In May 2005, we set up R&D centers to independently research and develop high technology products, and successfully resolved more than twenty scientific and technological projects. In 2009, our company independently developed nuclear power and desalination ultra-low carbon stainless steel pumps and valves. Therefore, our company has been highly praised by world famous enterprises, such as Sulzer Dalian Pumps & Compressors Ltd. Moreover, we established strategic cooperative partnership with Sulzer Corporation of the United States and Sur Life Company of Finland in 2009. Our company was titled as "Excellent Supplier", "Sulzer Pump, Pump Cover, Impeller Production Base" by Sulzer Process Pumps Department. Our company has 4 workshops for sand casting, investment casting, heat treatment and machining respectively. We own more than 150 sets of production equipment such as medium frequency induction furnaces, AOD refine oxidizing process furnaces, sand mixers, heat treatment furnaces, CNC machines and so on. Our yearly production capacity is 8,000 tons of all castings. The mainly adopted technologies for sand casting are resin sand, clay sand and sodium silicate self-hardening sand processes; for investment casting are water glass and silica colloidal processes. In addition, we have 4 sets of large-scale CNC machines. All of our products conform to international and domestic standards such as ASTM, ANSI, EN, BS, DIN, JIS, GB, etc. We can also make the products with other possible materials according to customers' requirements. Our company has attained ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate authorized by TUV, Germany.
