Deco (Suzhou) Textile Co., Ltd. is a joint company specializing in providing dyeing, washing and finishing services. Our company covers an area of about 140,000 square meters, with a total investment of 30 million US dollars. Located in Wujiang, Suzhou, our company enjoys convenient transportation. It only takes 1 hour's drive to Shanghai. With an annual production capacity of 29 million meters, we produce linen blenched and dyed fabric, linen/cotton fabric, linen/rayon fabric, linen spandex and cotton fabric (Cotton Twill fabric, Canvas fabric, Poplin fabric, Cotton Spandex fabric, Corduroy fabric, etc). Our company is also engaged in functional fabric finishing, such as washing, polishing, etc.
We obtained ISO9000 certification in 2007. In 2008, we got ISO14001 certification. We keep improving our quality to meet the needs of various customers. Besides, we prevent our environment from being polluted. We obey laws and regulations, save energy sources and reduce cost.
We established a laboratory in 2003 and passed textile test held by ITS in December 2004 as well as training certificate issued by ITS & FCC and an ecological certificate issued by OeKo-Tex Standard 100.
Covering an area of 300 square meters, our company has a chemical analysis laboratory, a common textile laboratory, a constant temperature and humidity laboratory, a color fastness laboratory and a grading darkroom. Our professional and experienced technicians can make analysis and testing according to criterias required by different countries and regions. We have many imported facilities, such as US made Datacolor automatic color matching testers, ATLAS Ci3000+light fastness testers, washing fastness testers and universal strength testers. The equipment enables us to test heavy metal, formaldehyde, PH, color fastness, physical characteristics, water quality and dyes of textile and garment.
With the advanced equipment and a complete quality assurance system, our test center has won recognition from both domestic and overseas customers. We make sure that products have passed strict testing before they are delivered to our customers. We boast a team of elites who have deep insight into market. With the latest information from our branches in New York and Hong Kong and marketing terminals throughout the country, our technical center respond to market change quickly and efficiently and strive to expand our industry chains.
