Qingdao Xinyi Brake Parts Co., Ltd. belongs to Shandong Xinyi Group which was established in 1992 and is one of the biggest manufacturers of brake pads and brake discs in China. All of our products have absolute knowledge patents. Our company is one of the brake manufacturers that can develop products as per auto factories' needs in domestic market. Our company provides OEM service of more than 50 kinds of vehicles for 18 factories including Shanghai Volkswagen, Changchun FAW, Tianjin FAW, BEIQI Industry and NANQI Industry. Our company takes up 300,000m2 and has 5 automatic production lines with an annual output of 20,000,000 sets. Our annual production of brake rotors is 1,500,000 sets. Furthermore, our products have passed the evaluation of ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Certificates, as well as ISO14001:2004 Environment Certificate. We have advanced production management and we are the "A" graded supplier for Volkswagen every year.
We have an advanced friction material R&D center which owns complete and advanced facilities. With the continuous efforts of the R&D staff, our friction formula systems are continuously improved and have formed three formula systems: Semi-metallic, Low-metallic and NAO, meeting the demands of various customers.
As the first brand of the industry in domestic market, our products not only take an important role in OEM and OES of domestic market, but also sell well in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, etc. We successfully became the OEM supplier for a famous American vehicle manufacturer in August of 2005 and became the first brake OEM supplier for world famous auto companies in China.
