Jintung Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a joint venture invested in by Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Paotze Investment Ltd., with the investment of RMB476 million. Our company is the largest joint venture in the field in Asia. Our company was formally established on September 1st, 1993. Our production units were completed and put into operation in December, 1995. We started regular operation in January of 1996. We have a LAB complex and LAS unit with the annual production capacity of 100,000 t/y and 20000t/y of products respectively. We also have a unit with the annual production capacity of 8,000t/y for LASNa. Advanced patented technology and key equipment are introduced from overseas countries and regions. Since the foundation in 1996, Jintung has achieved a great success in all respects. Our company has also won many awards and titles, such as Advanced Foreign Invested Enterprise, Famous Industry Key Project of Nanjing, Nanjing Foreign Invested Enterprise with High Turnover and High Profit, Outstanding Foreign Invested Enterprise of Nanjing and Advanced and High Tech Enterprise of Nanjing by the Municipal Government, Municipal Economy and Planning Committee and other municipal administrative departments.In accordance with present development of market at home and abroad, we plan to further enlarge our production scale and strengthen cooperation. We have set up a synthetic detergent production unit and a petrochemical production unit in Xiamen and in Sichuan respectively. Jiangsu Jingtung Chemical Co., Ltd., invested in by Sinopec and Paotze, is now under construction.
