Taicang Sunwarm Metal Casting Co., Ltd., hereinafter called TAICANG SUNWARM, specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of sacrificial anodes. We produce and sell sacrificial anodes with the brand name of "SUNWARM" for the cathodic protection of Ship's Hull, Ship's Ballast Tank, Harbor Structure, Offshore Engineering, Oil Storage Tank & Transport Pipe, Electric Power Sea Water Cooling System and Submerged Pipeline. TAICANG SUNWARM offers the following services in high standards: Design, Manufacture, Installation, Consultant, Supervision, and Survey in site. Our products include complete series of Zinc anodes, Aluminum anodes and Magnesium anodes. We arrange production according to the requirements of ISO9001, and our products meet the requirements of GB4948-2002 & GB4950-2002, as well as the regulation of American Navy US-MIL-A-18001J Specification in 1983.
Our head office is located in Shanghai and manufacture center is located in Taicang. The distance from Shanghai to Taicang is 70km which is connected by express road. Our factory covers an area of around 2,400sqm, including 2 workshops covering 1,200sqm and one office building covering 200sqm. Our factory is equipped with 4 units of oil furnaces and 2 units of big oil furnaces with the capacity of 600kg and 1,500kg of Zinc anodes separately. We can produce 10 tons of sacrificial anodes per day, and complete 3,000 tons of anodes annually. Meanwhile, our factory is affiliated with authorized laboratory, which can complete the chemical analysis, electrochemical performance test and contact-resistance test for Zino and Aluminum anodes independently. Our laboratory offers great help to the manufacture of first-class quality products.
