&printing.Company has established in 2005.Knitting fabric factory is located in Guli Town,Changshu City,Jiangsu ,China.Garment factory-Xiangshan Shenxia Knitting Co.,Ltd is set up in 2007,located in No.48 Yanqu Road,Xiangshan industrial park,Xiangshan County,Zhejiang, China.We also have our own printing branch-Xiangshan Weihong printing factory.
There are 30 knitting machines in our knitting fabric factory.Equipped 5 cooperate dartner for dying.We devote ourselves to research and produce the Recycle Pet,Eco-friendly,Functional,fashionable knitting fabric.Fabric weave:single jersey,pique mesh,velour, interlock,waffle, french terry, stripped fabric,twill,
jacquard,yarn-dyed fabric,polar fleece, coral fleece,etc.Recycle Pet fabric include:RPET jersey,interlock, veloue, fleece,polar fleece,jacquard,etc.Main Composition include:100%recycle pet,50%RPET 50%polyester,50%cotton50%RPET,60%Cotton40%RPET, 95%RPET5%spandex,etc.Eco-friendly fabric include:bamboo charcoal, bamboo fiber,modal,tencel,soybean fiber,organic cotton,silver ion,pima cotton,chintin,pupa protein viscose stapl fiber,etc.Functional fabric include:coolmax,coolpass,antibiosis,anti-UV,deodorization,keepingwarm,
fluorescence,antiflaming,etc.Fashional fabric include:burn-out,yarn-dyed,printed
,jacquard,bronzing,embroidery,etc.
Our garment factory equipped 129 sewing machines.We have 8 outsourcing factory.Mainly produce all kinds of knitting apparel and bedding.We are specializing in t-shirt,polo-shirt,hoody,knitting jeans.Our monthly output is 600000pcs:t-shirts 300000pcs,polo-shirts 100000pcs, knitting jeans 100000pcs,
hoody 50000pcs,other products 50000pcs.Scope include:children's garments,
men's garments,women's garments.Usage include:for name brand store&market,
for advert,for promotion,workwear, for campaign,etc.Craft include:solid colour,
printed,embroidered,washing, compressed,garment dying,etc.65% products exported to Europe&USA, 35% products sale in domestic market.We also undertake the processing business.
Our printing factory equipped 14 printing tables:8 clothing printing tables,6 panel printing tables,15 heat transfer printing machines.There are more than 20000 designs in our prnting factory.Daily output is 30000pcs. Printing process include:silkscreen printing,watermark,offset printing,ink printing,discharge printing,heat transfer printing,puff printing,flocking,3D printing,bronzing,half offset printing,thermal dye transfer printing,etc.Our printing without AZO,colour fastness is 3-4.
We equipped special quality inspection department for quality control.All of products must be checked twice before shipping.Product qualification rate reached 100%.
We supply the certificates and hand tag for the bulk.The certification has been made from international recognized feeler mechanism,such as SGS,ITS .
