Currently, there are four departments:
Administration Department
It is in charge of the service and administration of various departments, prepares working objectives and plans of the department, goes through formalities of customers, gets familiar to customers' conditions as well as operation situation, gives feedback to customers' information, prepares special reports and monthly work report, contacts customers for suggestions and complains and report special cases, if there are, to General Manager. Finally, it shall safeguard the corporate image and complete tasks given by superiors.
Software Development Department
It is to design software programs and write codes, technical programs and files, test software unit, develop software as per specific requirements and fulfill tasks. In addition to coordinating with system analyst to complete demand research and demand analysis of software systems and modules, the department shall write codes for software systems and modules independently, and beautify design of function modules and software interface.
E-commerce Department
It is to formulate annual marketing objective and plan, expand the cooperation as well as sales channel, establish and perfect information collecting, processing, exchanging and confidential system, collect, sort and analyze properties, prices and promotion activities of competitive products, formulate plans for new product introduction, prepare promotion activities and public activities, prepare weekly traffic statistics report, analyze the data and report the plan progress, offer pre-sale and after-sale services for customers by telephone and on line, train new staff systemically, conduct follow-up after-sale survey and offer feedback. It is fully aware of inventories and ensures proper amount of products.
Network Technical Service Department
As a technical service type department, it is to upload texts and pictures on the website, process shop signs, theme pictures and online shop, layout the website, adjust the colors and prepare on-line marketing plans, build the integrated service and provide excellent services, update information on the website and help our company to decrease the cost, and provide website maintenance services and graphic design. In addition, it is responsible for external contacts, website technical service, website materials backup and restoring.
