Shenzhen Hottop Precision Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, was founded in 1995. Now our company is growing into a professional silicone product manufacturing factory with over 800 operators. We are equipped with over 30 sets of auto-feeding silicone injection machines. Our factory covers more than 5400 square meters and adopts closed-off management. All machines work in dust-free environment. We are capable of making silicone products, such as baby care products, medical parts, kitchenware, diving products, electronics and cosmetic products. Besides, Hottop is a designer and manufacturer of high quality precision injection molds.

Our main products are baby care products, such as nipples, pacifiers, feeding bottles, teethers and others. We have been producing these silicone components for some world famous brands for more than a decade and enjoying a good reputation from clients. Auto-feeding, vacuum forming, self-curing and other processes are well conducted in our factory. Besides, our laboratory has special devices to test product's hardness, tensile strength, etc. Hottop is capable of providing the products you need to your greatest satisfaction.
Hottop can offer silicone product molding, master silicone mold designing and building services. Since the foundation in 1995, Hottop has never stopped the research of new technologies. With 16 years' of constant effort, Hottop has had original ideas in manufacturing silicone molds. Our capability is based on the skills and experience of our technical team (approximately 310 experienced and skillful workers) and advanced manufacturing equipment (including 4 Swiss Charmilles Wire Cutting EDM, 14 Die Sinking EDM, 6 CNC centers and 15 Milling machines). Furthermore, Hottop has strictly implemented ISO9001:2000 and ISO9001:2008 quality management systems. Advanced devices, such as CMM and VMS, are used for product inspection and quality assurance.
