Luoyang Summit Motor Tricycle Co., Ltd is a joint venture, combined with Tibet New Summit Motorcycle Co., Ltd. It is a large scared, professional and integrated motor tricycle enterprise of scientific research, production and sales. The total investment of the company is RMB 0.2 billion yuan. The total area is 50 thousand square meters. The company has about 500 employees; including 60 intermediate or senior professional and technical personnel. The production capacity is 0.2 million sets per year. In the year of 2006, it took the lead in passing on-site audit of motorbikes production; in the year of 2007, the first batch of the products passed the emissions supervision and examination of National Environmental Protection Bureau (NEPB).
In order to guarantee the consistency of the production, Luoyang Summit Company has made heavy investment on bring in production equipment and technical equipment. At present, we have the international leading technical equipment, such as one set of automatic control line under the pretreatment of acid-phosphate and electrophoresis, one set of American automatic spray paint assembly line with static electricity, four sets of assembly lines for the automation of the finished vehicle. In the mean time, we have many advanced equipment as follow. Such as equipment for blanking, punching, welding and shot blasting, so as to make sure that the craft equipment is advanced and complete.
